Contents:

2 x rails with attached drain valves and pivoting rods.
6 x clamps (8 clamps on long bed trucks).
4 x clear drain tubes.
2 x elevator bolts with star headed knobs and washers.
Tools required: 1 x 15mm wrench or socket wrench.

STEP 1:

Clamp on your rails. Attach your rails to the inside lip of your truck bed using three clamps on each side. If your truck bed is 8' long, use 4 clamps per side. Make sure the rails are as far forward as possible.

STEP 2:

Position cover on rails: Postition cover firmly on rails as shown. Make sure the latches latch under the rails as you do so.

Then fold the first panel over so that it fits snugly inside the bed. The rubber seal should make contact with the bulk head rail of your truck bed.

STEP 3:

Insert elevator bolts through front panel of the cover. The bolts will pass through the slotted extension plates attached to your rails.

STEP 4:

Tighten elevator bolts under cover with the provided star headed knobs. Make sure you position the rubber washer on first, then the steel washer, then the knob.

STEP 5:

Fold cover shut to a ensure proper fit. Adjust if necessary.

STEP 6:

Connecting the drain tubes: Your truck has holes inside the stake pocket posts and plugs against the cab wall. Simply attach your drain tubes to the valves in the corners of your rails and run them out of the existing holes or plugs as shown. If you have a bedliner, simply run the tubes behind the bedliner.
